Open and configure features

  1. After joining the meeting, select [More] > [Record and transcribe] > [Start recording]. Confirm that all participants can see the notification and recording icon.
  2. Tell participants what will be recorded and record only the necessary portion. Before ending the meeting, select [More] > [Record and transcribe] > [Stop recording].

Complete and check results

  1. Once the process is complete, open the video in the conference chat or the Recordings folder in the host's OneDrive for non-channel meetings, or in the channel's SharePoint for channel meetings, and check playback and access rights.
