Choose the format and selected pages
Open Share → Download in the editor. Under File type, use PNG for graphics and text, or JPG when a smaller photo file is the priority.
For a multi-page design, select all pages, the current page or a custom selection. Adjust the size and quality options your account provides, review any warning and download.

If multiple images are in a ZIP, unzip them and check each image's page, dimensions, transparency, and cut-off text. Check the actual image before posting it to the destination.

For transparency, choose PNG and enable Transparent background if your account offers it. JPG does not support transparency. If the option is missing, check the signed-in account and the conditions in Canva’s help.

For an announcement, verify date, venue, and destination information before exporting one page as PNG. Inspect it at a phone-like display size. If text is too small, revise the layout rather than only increasing export scale, and name the revision clearly.
Check selected pages and the download location
For a multi-page design, check whether the export includes the current page or all pages. If images arrive in a ZIP, extract it and inspect the page count and order. Repeated downloads may receive numbered filenames, so check the creation time of the latest file. Give delivery files a version or purpose in their names and keep them in a consistent folder to avoid uploading an old export.
Troubleshoot missing elements separately from blur
For a missing element, check whether its upload completed and whether the asset remains available. For blur, separately inspect source-image resolution, design dimensions, and export format. Raising the export scale cannot necessarily restore detail in a low-resolution photo enlarged on the canvas. Work on a design copy, change one factor at a time, and re-export while preserving the original layout.
