Among these ten models, the RX 9060 XT 8GB leads on average frames per second per yen. VRAM capacity and your target frame rate remain separate requirements. The RX 9070 leads the selected 16GB models at 1440p. This comparison uses September 12, 2026 Japanese prices and one common published test suite.

Scope, price date and ranking formula
Prices are the tax-inclusive amounts shown on Dospara product pages between 13:26 and 13:33 JST on September 12, 2026. For these ten GPU models, we selected listed products available to order and checked their product-page stock status. This is a defined retail sample; shipping, points, coupons and extra warranties are excluded.
Performance comes from the June 24, 2026 Tom’s Hardware table: the geometric mean of 11 rasterized games on a Ryzen 7 9800X3D test system. It uses native rendering without upscaling or frame generation. The benchmark update and price check are different dates.
The score is average fps divided by price, multiplied by 10,000. Higher means more fps per ¥10,000. A GPU-level measurement represents the retail board, so small gaps do not establish meaningful advantages between factory overclocks or cooler designs. Electricity cost, noise, creative workloads and ray tracing are outside this score.
1080p value ranking: 1920×1080
Read price and performance together. Exclude a card if it cannot meet your game’s frame-rate or memory needs, even when its price efficiency is high. A suite average does not promise the same frame rate in a particular game.

Boards using the same GPU can differ in VRAM, dimensions, power connectors and warranty. These are the product pages used in the calculation. They are ordinary retailer links; prices and stock may change.
Check compatibility and the complete upgrade cost
Before spending the whole budget on the GPU, check whether the power supply or case also needs replacement. Power-connector type and count, plus space to route the cable properly, require more than a card-length check.
- For Intel Arc B580, also check Intel’s supported platforms and Resizable BAR requirements, especially before upgrading an older PC.
- Check the exact board’s length, height, thickness and slot occupation, including clearance from front fans or a radiator.
- Check GPU and board-maker PSU requirements and the power supply’s supported cables. Do not reuse modular PSU cables from a different product.
- Check monitor outputs and display count, then compare the total cost of all required upgrades.
- Immediately before ordering, recheck the model, VRAM, total charge including shipping, stock and warranty.

Frequently asked questions
Should I choose 8GB for 1440p because it ranks first?
It depends on the workload. The table measures the ratio of a gaming average to price. Check texture quality and application memory requirements, then compare only 16GB cards if that is what you need.
Why does this differ from a launch-price ranking?
Changing the price denominator can change the ordering even when performance is unchanged. This article recalculates using the observed Japanese retail prices.
