Use it safely

GIFs with high resolution, high FPS, and long duration will be huge. No audio is included in the GIF, and secret information is hidden before recording without relying solely on blurring.

Turn it off or restore settings

When not using ScreenToGif, first stop the resident, automatic startup, and synchronization settings in the app. Restore the association from Windows' [Default Apps], check the location of the created data, and then uninstall it.

  1. Complete or explicitly stop ongoing processing and close the creation
  2. Cancel automatic startup, monitoring, synchronization, and browser linkage in app settings
  3. Export the necessary settings and data and delete them from the OS application management
