In the [Settings] list, you can separate apps that you use every time and apps that you only need to open when needed. For example, even if you disable a meeting app from auto-starting, you can still open it from Start before a meeting. On the other hand, if you stop the sync app, automatic sync may not start. After making changes, instead of restarting, check the status after signing in to see if the required features have started.
