Create and export images with Krita, GIMP and Inkscape

Save editable originals separately from viewing and distribution files. Hiding a background, scaling an image and adding canvas space have different results, so choose the right operation and reopen the exported image.

Before choosing a task

  1. Choose an editable source format and an output format supported by the destination.
  2. Change masks, dimensions or color on a copy, keeping a way to reverse the edit.
  3. Check transparency, dimensions, text and color in another viewer after export.
